Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment data.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to promote patient recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, techniques, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and treatments.
• Keep current with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting is a plus.
