Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for sub-acute rehabilitation patients.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment options and progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all treatments and patient interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid State SLP license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with sub-acute rehabilitation populations.
- Ability to float to various post-acute care settings as needed.
