Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on occupational therapy in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to support continued care and safety
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
Required Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Washington
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Shift hours: 8 hours per day, five days per week
- The facility features advanced equipment, including lite gait, power mat tables, power parallel bars, an ACP suite with Omni VR virtual reality system, a full ADL kitchen with washer/dryer, and an ADL bathroom with a tub
- Located just 1.5 hours from Seattle, near outdoor recreation areas such as hiking, skiing, fishing, and mountain biking
