Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on occupational therapy in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to support continued care and safety
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations

Required Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Washington
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Shift hours: 8 hours per day, five days per week
