Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shift, 4x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting
• Manage patient assessments, interventions, and documentation accurately in Epic
• Monitor and respond to patient needs, including telemetry and insulin management
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Adhere to staffing ratios of approximately 1:6-7 and maintain compliance with facility standards
• Support patient safety through rapid response and emergency protocols

Required Qualifications

• South Carolina RN license or valid Compact license
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support) required prior to start
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in MedSurg or Telemetry units
• Epic EHR experience preferred
• Flexible to float within scope to support facility needs
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
• NIHSS certification
• Experience with insulin administration and telemetry monitoring
