Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shifts, 8-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized patient care in the ICU and step-down units, including neuro ICU and IMCU
- Float between ICU and step-down units as needed to ensure optimal patient coverage
- Monitor and respond to patient health status, supporting recovery and stabilization
- Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid Nursys nursing license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU or neuro ICU
- Strong neuro-specific clinical skills and experience
- Certification in critical care (e.g., CCRN) preferred
- Ability to work Night shifts and adapt to floating between units
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in step-down or IMCU settings
- Prior work in high-acuity ICU environments
- Proven track record of reliable, quality patient care
