Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients according to established treatment plans.
• Complete necessary documentation with ATI prior to starting the assignment.
• Adhere to all credentialing and licensing requirements.
• Maintain active licensure and equipment during the assignment.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license.
• Experience in setting up and delivering therapy services.
• Ability to complete documentation as required.
• Equipment provided during interview.
• Willingness to start with a compact license if applicable, with a requirement to obtain permanent licensing immediately.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in similar clinical settings.
• Familiarity with ATI documentation procedures.
