Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in an intermediate care unit with a focus on stepdown and telemetry monitoring.
• Manage patients on Bipap, heated high flow, and various infusion drips including amiodarone, nitro, Cardizem, insulin, dobutamine, and 3% NS.
• Respond to cardiac catheterization patients requiring interventions and monitor cardiac rhythms.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid MA Registered Nurse license.
• Epic electronic health record experience.
• Ability to pass a dysrhythmia and medications test prior to acceptance (one attempt only).
• Must have been separated from BILH system for at least 6 months (including perm, per diem, or contract roles).
• Pass ECG/telemetry and medications tests via Zoom within 48 hours of offer, with a minimum score of 85%.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
• Prior telemetry or cardiac monitoring experience.
• Knowledge of infusion therapies and cardiac protocols.

• Contract guarantee of 72 hours biweekly; hours do not include on-call time.
