Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant

Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, Days shift, 8.5 hours per shift, Monday - Friday, no weekend rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Float between multiple facilities, including a preferred location in El Reno, OK
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans
- Assist in implementing therapeutic exercises and treatments under the supervision of licensed therapists
- Maintain documentation of patient progress and treatment activities
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
- Ability to float between facilities, including El Reno, OK
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in SNF or long-term care settings preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in skilled nursing facilities
- Flexibility to float between multiple locations
- Knowledge of documentation and compliance standards in healthcare settings
