Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under supervision
• Set up and operate therapy equipment, ensuring safety and proper usage
• Monitor and document patient progress according to established protocols
• Support patient education and encourage adherence to therapy routines

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
• Prior experience in a therapy setting preferred but not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of therapeutic equipment and therapy techniques
