Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Administer medications and monitor patient health status.
- Document patient information accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality resident care.
- Follow established protocols and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Active LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Previous experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
- Knowledge of basic nursing practices and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working specific shifts in long-term care facilities.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
