Job Title
• Therapist - Respiratory Therapist

• Bismarck, ND

Schedule / Job Type
• Rotating shifts
• Full-time, 3 shifts per week
• 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory therapy care to patients in various ICU settings, including NICU, PICU, and adult ICU.
• Assist with patient assessment and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Document patient treatments and progress accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and hospital protocols, including badge-in/out procedures.
• Maintain required certifications and stay current with clinical best practices.

Required Qualifications
• ND license as a Respiratory Therapist
• Experience in ICU settings
• Active AHA BLS certification
• Active AHA ACLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills
• NICU, PICU, or adult ICU experience
• Certifications such as PALS and NRP are a plus
• Prior work experience with Sanford Health is preferred; if applicable, must have ended employment at least 6 months prior to submission
