Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to clients according to treatment plans.
• Evaluate patients’ needs and develop individualized therapy programs.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with facility policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Florida Occupational Therapy license.
• Proven experience as an occupational therapist.
• Strong patient assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
