Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and supervise daily nursing activities within the facility to ensure high-quality care
- Follow federal, state, and local regulations governing patient care and facility operations
- Collaborate with the nursing team and direct care staff to implement care plans
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards
- Provide rehabilitative and restorative nursing care as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Colorado
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or comparable setting
- Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Skills / Experience
- IV certification for LPNs is preferred
