Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, on-site, night shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical and telemetry setting within a hospital environment.
• Monitor and recognize ECG rhythms, respond appropriately to patient needs, and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Complete necessary assessments, documentation, and compliance requirements during scheduled shifts.
• Participate in oncoming shift handovers and maintain accurate patient records.
• Work at least every other holiday as required.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand.
• At least 18 months of recent, permanent experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Availability to work night shifts (3x12 hours per week).
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of telemetry monitoring.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a hospital environment within the Cleveland Clinic system or similar facility.
• Familiarity with hospital electronic health record systems.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.
