Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
- Administer medications and monitor patient health status.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN/LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Proven experience working in long-term care or SNF settings.
- Strong patient assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work 12.5-hour day shifts.
- Reliable and dedicated with a professional attitude.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with elderly or geriatric populations.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
