Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload, including pediatric and adult patients.
• Assess patients’ needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to promote independence and improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring safe and effective recovery.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient assessments, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with organizational standards.
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet individual patient needs, utilizing strong communication and organizational skills.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license or certification.
• Ability to work independently with strong critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work 8a-5p hours with a one-hour lunch (hours may be adjusted).
• Willingness to consider both new grads and experienced therapists.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with inpatient, outpatient, or skilled nursing/home health settings preferred.
• Experience working with pediatric and adult populations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a balanced caseload.
