• Full-time, Night shift
Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled labor and delivery nursing care to patients in a rural hospital setting
• Float to medical-surgical units as needed for overflow patients
• Monitor fetal and maternal health using advanced fetal monitoring techniques
• Participate in weekend, holiday, and on-call rotations as required
• Complete virtual orientation prior to start date and maintain required certifications
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
• Valid Kansas RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications
• Must have completed a fetal monitoring class (intermediate or advanced) within the past 24 months
• Willing to float to medical-surgical units and care for pediatric patients
Preferred Experience / Skills
• 3+ years of LDR experience in a rural hospital setting
• Prior travel nursing experience is a plus
• EPIC electronic health record experience is highly preferred
• Commitment to obtaining PALS certification before start date
