- Full-time, night shifts, rotating schedule (3 on / 2 off / 2 on / 3 off)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
- Administer medications and monitor residents’ health status.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Document resident care accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN/LPN license in the state of Alabama.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
- Strong patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and rotating schedule.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
