Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation services.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by attending physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed health records.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery processes and post-discharge care.
Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Idaho.
• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or similar patient care setting preferred.
• Strong patient assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency a plus.
• Certification in CPR/BLS.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
