Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts, mids (3pm - 11pm)
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments to residents
- Perform head-to-toe assessments
- Support daily resident care functions
- Potentially serve as charge nurse based on facility needs
- Provide compassionate care for residents with diagnoses such as CHF, COPD, DM, Dementia, and Rehab needs
- Adhere to staffing ratios and documentation protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN/LVN license
- BLS certification
- At least 1 year of LTC experience
- Comfortable working with first-time travel staff
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience administering IV fluids and antibiotics
- Familiarity with Point Click Care EMR system
- Ability to work flexible floating assignments within the facility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced LTC environment
