Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, Full-time, Days shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide surgical technical support in a busy operating room environment, assisting with various procedures including transplant, spine, vascular, and robotics surgeries.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient care and adherence to unit policies.
• Participate in night and weekend on-call rotations as required.
• Maintain compliance with certification and licensure requirements, including DORA and NBSTSA.
• Support the use of advanced equipment and technology within the surgical suite.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with active certification.
• Valid DORA license and NBSTSA certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of OR experience, preferably in transplant or vascular surgery.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Experience with EMR systems, particularly Meditech.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3+ years of OR experience.
• Experience with transplant, spine, or robotics procedures.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Previous travel or staffing agency experience is a plus.
