Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, Full-time, Days shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide surgical technical support in a busy operating room environment, assisting with various procedures including transplant, spine, vascular, and robotics surgeries.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient care and adherence to unit policies.
- Participate in night and weekend on-call rotations as required.
- Maintain compliance with certification and licensure requirements, including DORA and NBSTSA.
- Support the use of advanced equipment and technology within the surgical suite.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with active certification.
- Valid DORA license and NBSTSA certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of OR experience, preferably in transplant or vascular surgery.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Experience with EMR systems, particularly Meditech.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 3+ years of OR experience.
- Experience with transplant, spine, or robotics procedures.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Previous travel or staffing agency experience is a plus.
