Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Conduct head-to-toe assessments on residents
- Support and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Possibly serve as charge nurse, supporting unit operations
- Follow facility policies for dementia, CHF, COPD, DM, and rehab patients
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of LTC experience
- Comfortable with first-time traveler assignments
- Experience with IV therapy and antibiotics
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working with dementia, CHF, COPD, DM, rehab populations
- Ability to float throughout the facility as needed
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
