Schedule / Job Type

• Temporary, Night shifts (3x12-hour shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and interventions to patients as prescribed
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control policies
• Participate in patient assessments and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize care
• Complete required documentation and ensure compliance with licensing and facility requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio RRT license in hand
• NBRC certification (CRT or RRT accepted)
• AHA BLS certification (must be current at time of submission)
• Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Valid Ohio RRT license and active certifications required at time of submission
• Experience working in hospital or critical care settings

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience at Cleveland Clinic or similar healthcare facilities
• Ability to float between facilities as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with travel or per diem roles is a plus
