Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities
• Assist physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings
• Support patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly, with medical or health-related mobility challenges
• Obtain and document data related to patient interventions and modify treatments as directed by the physical therapist
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions
• Operate necessary equipment and perform technical procedures under supervision
• Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and other healthcare professionals

Required Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current credential from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, Division of Professions and Occupations, State Physical Therapy Board
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Inpatient experience of at least 2 years preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus
