Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient information and care activities thoroughly in electronic medical records.
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and recovery plans.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active RN license in the state of Idaho.
- Proven experience in rehabilitation or related healthcare settings preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to flexible scheduling.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient rehabilitation facility.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Knowledge of assistive devices and patient mobility techniques.
