Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services within a small Critical Access Hospital.
• Support a busy orthopedic and surgical practice, as well as long-term care residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Assist patients in improving their functional abilities and independence.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license or license eligible for Colorado.
• Certification in occupational therapy.
• Experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in orthopedic or surgical rehabilitation.
• Experience working with long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
