Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Day shift, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop treatment programs for hospital inpatients, outpatients, and Long Term Care residents.
• Provide direct patient care, including documentation, education, and administrative tasks as needed.
• Direct patient participation in activities aimed at restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing functional performance and independence.
• Utilize equipment such as electronic medical records systems (e.g., EPIC).
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective therapy services.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Michigan.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of professional experience is preferred but all experience levels will be considered.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in hospital and Long Term Care settings.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
