Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a hospital or affiliate facilities.
• Complete and document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes using Epic charting system.
• Float between hospital and nearby affiliate hospitals as needed.
• Follow all applicable travel compliance requirements and hospital policies.
• Complete necessary modules and certifications prior to start date.

Required Qualifications

• Valid California license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Experience with Epic charting system.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts, with flexibility to work holidays as required.
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering recent employment in a similar setting.
• Willingness to float between facilities and work designated holidays.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
• Familiarity with travel and float assignments.
• Strong documentation skills in clinical systems.
