Schedule / Job Type
• 13-week contract, full-time, night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 36 hours per week, working three 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in operating rooms by scrubbing in and circulating during various surgical procedures
• Support complex surgeries including neuro, ortho trauma, kidney transplants, and general surgeries
• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and sterile environments
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure efficient procedure flow and patient safety
• Participate in weekly orientation sessions to ensure compliance and readiness
Required Qualifications
• NBSTSA Certification (National Certified Surgical Technologist)
• Experience with neuro, orthopedic trauma, kidney transplants, and general surgery procedures
• Ability to scrub and/or circulate in multiple surgical specialties
• Strong understanding of sterile techniques and surgical protocols
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with robotic surgery, trauma, ENT, urology, organ procurement, or laparoscopic procedures
• Prior work in a Level I Trauma Surgery environment
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-acuity surgical settings

• Guaranteed hours: 72 biweekly, exclusive of any on-call time
