Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF
Location: Roseau, MN
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, shift-based (Days)
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership to nursing staff across the facility, ensuring quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in planning, organizing, and directing clinical operations within the household to promote a person-centered, resident-directed culture.
• Perform professional nursing assessments and evaluations for residents, coordinating care with other nursing team members.
• Ensure documentation, medication administration, safety, sanitation, and resident rights are maintained according to facility and government standards.
• Guide clinical staff on infection control, wound management, safety, and other accountable areas.
• Support operational efficiency by managing staffing and resource utilization in alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, medical professionals, and other departments to ensure coordinated and effective resident care.
• Demonstrate dementia-sensitive care practices that promote individualized, person-centered well-being.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing nursing facilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with dementia care and person-centered approaches.
• Familiarity with clinical policies related to infection control, wound care, and medication management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
