• Full-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care for patients in IMC, PCU, and Stepdown units
• Perform procedures such as drip titration for experienced nurses; float to Med/Surg or Tele units as needed
• Utilize equipment including EPIC electronic health records, PYXIS medication dispensing systems, Philips defibrillators, and bedside monitors
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for a 12-bed unit with 3-4 patients per nurse during progressive care shifts, and 4-5 during Med/Surg shifts
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Complete unit-specific training including Jumpstart orientation and EPIC system training, with additional unit orientation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCU or Med/Surg nursing
• Valid IN or compact RN license
• Certifications including ACLS and BLS
• Ability to float to other units (Med/Surg or Tele) when needed, with appropriate staffing ratios

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with drip titration procedures
• Familiarity with EPIC and PYXIS systems
• Strong ability to adapt to unit floating and team-based care
