Key Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in a Medical Surgical setting
- Provide professional nursing care to patients across various age groups
- Serve as a resource for clinical best practices and patient management
- Ensure adherence to healthcare standards and facility policies
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Knowledge of patient care for diverse age groups
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in Medical Surgical nursing preferred
- Ability to adapt to rotating shift schedules
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
