Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative patient care in the operating room setting, including scrub and circulating duties.
• Assist with a variety of surgical procedures such as neuro, ortho trauma, kidney transplant, and general surgeries.
• Respond to on-call requirements with a 30-minute response time and participate in rotating call shifts.
• Support surgical teams in diverse procedures, including robotics, transplants, neuro, spine, ENT, GYN, urology, trauma, and organ procurement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Massachusetts state RN license
• BILH coversheet clearance required
• Experience in neuro, ortho trauma, and kidney transplant surgeries

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with scrub and/or circulate in general surgery, robotics, transplants, ENT, GYN, or trauma cases
• Ability to float between West Main, East, or CVI ORs
• Familiarity with operating room procedures including major plastics, spinal, and robotic surgeries

Additional Details

• Duration: 13-week contract with potential for extension
• Guaranteed hours: 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call time)
• Start date: ASAP or within four weeks of offer
• Holidays: Eligible to work during scheduled holidays
• RTO requests must be approved at the time of application
• No local travelers accepted (must reside within 50 miles of Boston)

• All shifts are day hours, typically 10 hours per shift, four shifts per week.
