Key Responsibilities

• Screen telephone calls and assess for high-level positions, determining which individuals require face-to-face meetings or referral to other managers
• Schedule and prepare for complex appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Oversee planning and preparation for departmental committees, including distributing minutes and preparing agendas and materials
• Plan and coordinate high-profile programs and events, making recommendations for departmental success
• Independently compose and edit complex and sensitive correspondence, reports, and documents for managerial approval
• Compile, analyze, and summarize data from multiple sources to create detailed reports and high-level presentations

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Associate's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of related work experience required
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and other web-based tools
• Ability to produce complex documents, perform data analysis, and maintain databases

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a healthcare or clinical environment preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
