Key Responsibilities
- Screen telephone calls and assess for high-level positions, determining which individuals require face-to-face meetings or referral to other managers
- Schedule and prepare for complex appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Oversee planning and preparation for departmental committees, including distributing minutes and preparing agendas and materials
- Plan and coordinate high-profile programs and events, making recommendations for departmental success
- Independently compose and edit complex and sensitive correspondence, reports, and documents for managerial approval
- Compile, analyze, and summarize data from multiple sources to create detailed reports and high-level presentations
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of related work experience required
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and other web-based tools
- Ability to produce complex documents, perform data analysis, and maintain databases
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a healthcare or clinical environment preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
