- Full-time, Days shifts, on a 3-day workweek
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Administer medications and monitor residents’ health status
- Assist with daily activities and ensure resident comfort and safety
- Document patient care accurately in compliance with facility protocols
- Collaborate with nursing team to meet residents' needs
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited program
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Basic knowledge of Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facility procedures
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in LTC or SNF settings
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
