Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric physical therapy services to a diverse patient population in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 6-7 pediatric patients daily, utilizing therapy equipment such as parallel bars, LiteGait, and FESScrub.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment notes accurately in the Cerner documentation system.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and safety standards, including BLS certification.
• Work scheduled shifts from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with flexibility for five-day weekly schedules if needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric outpatient therapy experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficiency with Cerner documentation system.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a teaching hospital or outpatient clinic.
• Experience with pediatric therapy equipment such as LiteGait and FESScrub.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary rehab team environment.
