Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech language therapy services to patients of all ages.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy strategies to improve communication and swallowing functions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to monitor patient progress.
• Document patient care and progress notes accurately.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and organizational guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
• Proven experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
