Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients across various settings
• Assess patient needs, create individualized treatment plans, and track progress
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient treatments and maintain accurate medical records
• Assist in patient education and rehabilitation exercises

Required Qualifications
• Valid and current licensed or registered Physical Therapist credential
• Proven experience in physical therapy practice
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in outpatient or skilled nursing facilities
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and equipment
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
