- Full-time, nights shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Monitor patient health status and document observations accurately.
- Implement care plans in accordance with facility protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident care.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and health policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of South Dakota.
- Minimum of one year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Ability to work night shifts and handle resident care responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a SNF or LTC setting.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to handle complex resident needs with compassion and professionalism.
