• Full-time, 8-hour shifts, primarily night shifts (6 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.), with potential day shifts (2 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.)
• Shifts per week: 5
• Shift type: Mids

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
• Monitor patient conditions and document appropriately in electronic health records
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident safety
• Collaborate with nursing staff to coordinate care plans
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and state regulations

Required Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of South Dakota
• Basic knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Ability to work primarily night shifts and weekends as scheduled
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
• Familiarity with caring for residents with dementia, memory care needs, or orthopedic conditions
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
