• Full-time, Days shifts, 8 hours per shift, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized therapy plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home programs

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Proven experience in a clinical setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of current occupational therapy practices and standards

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a hospital or rehabilitation facility
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills (if applicable)
