Schedule / Job Type
• Days, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting
• Monitor patient vital signs, assess conditions, and respond to emergencies as needed
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and safety protocols
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards

Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Delaware
• Experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience with electronic health record systems
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures
