Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care during cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in patient care planning and execution.
• Support the high-level invasive procedures performed by the Cardiac Cath Lab team.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state Nurse Practice Act, and accrediting standards.
• Collaborate closely with cardiologists and the healthcare team to deliver safe, effective patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license (ID RN or multi-state compact license attached to resume).
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a Cath Lab RN role.
• Ability to work 8.5-hour shifts during daytime hours.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a community hospital setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Ability to adapt to different work environments and float to other units if required.
