Job Title

• Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

• Lander, WY

Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, Nights, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, utilizing the Nursing Process.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure the safe delivery of care.
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
• Delegate patient care tasks to appropriate team members based on their education and experience.
• Supervise and coordinate care delivery among assigned personnel, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Adapt to float between facilities as needed based on census and staffing requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Wyoming RN license or multi-state RN license (attached to resume).
• Valid ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC certifications, issued through the American Heart Association (must be attached to submission).
• Minimum of 2 years recent ER experience.
• Current enrollment or attainment in professional certifications.
• Ability to float between facilities as necessary.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in community hospital settings.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
