Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift, Outpatient setting

Key Responsibilities
• Manage outpatient orthopedic physical therapy treatments for a diverse patient population
• Provide exceptional patient care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and follow-up
• Work collaboratively with clinical team to achieve patient outcomes and department goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with facility standards
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize clinic efficiency and patient throughput
• See approximately 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred
• Ability to work dayshift hours, with flexibility to float to neighboring clinics (not applicable in this role)
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week, with prior approval for overtime

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience
• Recent graduates or first-time travelers are encouraged to apply
• Experience with patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient environment
