Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized speech and language therapy services to clients across various settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs
• Conduct assessments and document progress for regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate clients and families on speech and language interventions
Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Proven experience in delivering speech and language therapy services
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in diverse clinical environments
• Knowledge of various therapy techniques and tools
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
