Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical unit.
- Float between medical, surgical, and oncology floors as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical records system.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience.
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- Ability to float between different units and adapt to various patient needs.
- Proficiency in using Epic electronic medical record system.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a float pool environment.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
