Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Document patient care and progress thoroughly.
- Provide support and education to residents and their families.
- Assist with daily activities and ensure a safe environment for all residents.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required, including double shifts on Sundays and Tuesdays.
- Availability to work shifts from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM (double shift) and 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (single shift).
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience handling multiple residents in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current nursing practices and protocols for long-term care.
