Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff
- Monitor patient health and document observations accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive resident care
- Work designated shifts including Sundays, Tuesdays, and holidays, with both double and single shift options
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Rhode Island
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and thorough documentation
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in LTC/SNF settings
- Knowledge of OSHA and patient safety protocols
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism
