Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Endoscopy/GI

• Full-time, day shift, on-site

Key Responsibilities
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care in the GI Lab and Endoscopy suite.
• Assist with procedures, including moderate sedation, maintaining patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor and document patient conditions during procedures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and patients.
• Manage a high volume of cases, approximately 30-60 cases per day.
• Float to neighboring locations as needed, including Highland Park, Skokie, and Glenbrook.

Required Qualifications
• Active Illinois RN license.
• Current CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Epic EMR experience.
• Ability to pass an EKG test with 80% accuracy or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in GI Lab, Endoscopy, or PACU Pre-op/Post-op settings.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with moderate sedation procedures.
• Previous experience in high-volume endoscopy or GI laboratories.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records system.
